Things to know about me.
-Im 23 years old and a Gemini
-I was born in Tisdale, Saskatchewan
-I love musicals, the theatre and art.
-I'm taking a photo class in September and have reservations as to whether I won't completely suck. I took a lot of photo courses in high school and even toyed with the idea of doing it professionally.
-I HATE having my photo taken I always seem to look ten times worse than I think I do in real life.
-I have a goal to go to Matchu Pitchu in Peru next year and am saving for it.
-I'm learning Spanish and already speak French
-The list of places in the world I've seen: Alberta, Saskatchewan, B.C., Quebec, Nova Scotia, California, Hawaii, Mexico, The Dominican Republic, France, Austria, Germany, Italy And Hungary.
-The places I love: the mountains in Alberta, Halifax, San Francisco, Puerto Plata and Budapest.
-I love to hike and will hike to Matchu Pitchu.
-I love Kyle. A lot
-The places I'm most comfortable are at home when I'm with Kyle, in Tisdale and at church
-I don't care about evenness, I can take as many or few steps and I won't lose sleep.
-I'm a perfectionist, I like everything just so - this drives Kyle crazy. I mean really crazy sometimes
-Although a perfectionist, I'm not always organised or necessarily neat
-One day I will live by the ocean this is one of my greatest dreams I feel life is calling me there I want this so badly I can physically feel it
-My biggest frustration is not knowing where I belong in life.
-I'm fortunate enough to have friends I can hang out with and those I can really talk to.
-I love my cats but I'm not one of those crazy people who wear sweatshirts with kittens on it or cat jewellery or buy cat themed merchandise
-I have a lot of shoes - I can't not buy shoes and clothes - It might be a problem but I'm not admitting to anything yet.
-If there were only one thing I could change about my house it would be the Kitchen cabinets. They're hard to look at, they are so ugly. If you asked Kyle he would say they're not that bad.
-Kyle doesn't know what ugly is. (look at our kitchen cabinets for proof)
-I try and be very healthy but I worry about my body image a lot.

Things about me:
- 24 years old
- Grad student at the U of A taking genetics (~3 years left?)
- Technophile (I surf the web on my phone, among other things)
- I used to do Track and Field and once went to Regionals
- I severed a ligament in my knee in grade 10 playing football and they used some muscle from my leg to reattach it
- I worked at McDonald's for 4 years (2.5 as a manager) and they nicknamed me MacGyver for my skill at taking apart and fixing things
- I built my own functional 8 by 4 foot air hockey table from plans I made in my head, and it works!
- I used to be an extremely introverted person (I would shake uncontrollably if I had to stand in front of even 5 people) but thanks to Erron, work, and my TA duties at the University I can now handle my own lecturing in front of 50+ students. (I even enjoy it and want to teach)
- I'm neurotic about unevenness - for example if I am in a mall and walk 3 steps and my next one hits a line I have to change my gait so that the next time my other foot will be even - I know it's crazy, but who's it hurting?
- I get more fanciful ideas in my head than I follow through with (for every Air Hockey Table there's a few other crazy things that didn't make the cut)
- Once, on a show called Hi-Q, the host Mike Sobel, made fun of my hair calling me "helmet-head" and I've hated the talentless bastard ever since!
- I think that there's not many friends that I actually talk to, rather than just hang around with, which is a little disappointing
- Once, in grade 2, I balanced a stick on a rock to make a see-saw type apparatus, and then placed a rock on one end (catapault-style) and then intelligently looked down at it while I stomped on it with my foot, the rock went up and made a nice cut around my eye, lucky for me I didn't blind myself!
- I built some batteries for my digital camera at 1/4 the price, it's good to be cheap and crafty at the same time!
